Cleanliness: The hotel was overall clean and well-maintained. Location: The hotel was right next to Union Square, in the center of town, and near a cable car stop. Transportation: The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to areas of interest and had easy access to public transportation. Staff: The hotel staff were friendly, efficient, and offered helpful advice on local attractions and dining options.
Everything is what I need and want.
The location of this hotel was perfect. We were right in front of the cable car stop that leads to Fisherman's Wharf, and within easy reach of great shopping. The hotel itself was in a top-notch location.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with our room being modernized and free of any musty smells. The hotel facilities were great, especially the small bar and lobby area that had a cozy lounge room feel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Union Square, with Macy's just across the square. We were close to everything we wanted to see and do in this city. The staff, particularly Shirley at the front desk, were friendly and caring, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
Nothing negative to say.
We loved the location of this hotel, just off Union Square and right across the road. It was within walking distance to Chinatown and Fisherman's Wharf, or we could easily catch the cable car or metro from outside the hotel. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
It was all superb.
