The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room setup was perfect. The lobby was bright, nicely decorated, and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, only a 5-10 minute walk to the harbor area with shops and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was lovely, and the staff was fabulous. The hotel facilities were great, and we were happy to have a minifridge in the room. The location in this great city was on the waterfront, which was perfect for us. We could walk to everything we wanted to see. Also, the hotel provided valet parking, which was very convenient.

We had a perfect stay for a night on the town. The spacious and clean rooms exceeded our expectations. The beds were larger than expected and incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, accommodating our requests without any issues. We loved the convenient location, using the hotel shuttle to reach our dinner reservation and then enjoying a pleasant walk back through the streets of the Old Port. The hotel allowed us an early check-in, which was a great convenience after our long journey. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and the parking, although slightly expensive, was convenient.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The decor was stunning and gave off a luxurious vibe, all at an affordable price. The shuttle service was a game-changer and made our entire evening absolutely perfect. The drivers were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The location of this hotel was ideal, centrally located in the Old Port area, allowing us easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit in this city. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. We were also delighted by the comfortable beds and pillows, making our winter stay even more enjoyable. The staff we interacted with were all fine and provided great service.
For us, everything was ideal.
