I had a fantastic stay at this hotel thanks to the amazing service provided by the reception staff, Gador, Gigi, and Marie. The location of the hotel was perfect, with lots of shops and restaurants in the area. It was also conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast offered at the hotel was a great way to start the day, with a nice selection of options. the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, including a lovely rooftop bar with a view of the city. We loved the convenient location of this hotel, right on the main strip in the city for tourists. It was literally right outside the Metro stop and within a short walk distance to lots of major sites. The Plaza De Espana Metro exit for Gran Via made getting around the city very easy. The breakfast offered at the hotel was fantastic and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
