I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was eager to help with everything. They even had hot cookies waiting for me, which was a thoughtful touch. The shuttle driver was awesome and the fact that the hotel offers a shuttle to downtown was a major convenience. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the lobby and breakfast area looked presentable. The restaurant staff was also friendly and accommodating. this hotel provided a great experience and I would definitely stay here again if the price is right.
Couldn't stay longer.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff offered complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience we experienced with housekeeping. The check-in process was easy, and we were greeted with fresh cookies and water, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and the bar and restaurant were great. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, including eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit. The service at the buffet was excellent. We also appreciated having a Starbucks on-site and a mini store in case we needed any snacks or drinks. The location of the hotel was close to the market square, although we would not recommend walking due to construction. The parking fee of $25 per night was worth it for the peace of mind it provided.
Nothing that we didn't like.
The shuttle service was fabulous, with very prompt pickups back to the hotel.
The drivers were friendly and introduced themselves by name.
The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was near the fantastic Mexican Plaza Restaurants and within easy walking distance to downtown River Walk.
Hard to think of anything negative.
