I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of during my stay. They were friendly, helpful, and professional, from the front desk team to the valet guys and even the housekeepers. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the hotel's location was perfect. It was quick and easy to walk to any part of the historic district, including the Riverwalk and the city center. This made it convenient to explore everything this city has to offer.
There was nothing I didn't like.
We loved the convenience of the hotel's location, being close to all the shops, restaurants like Lady and Sons, and the beautiful squares. Plus, the neighborhood was perfect for leisurely walks, and we were amazed by the abundance of gardens. The festive Christmas decorations around the squares added to the charm. The staff at breakfast were always quick to ensure everything was filled and were helpful in attending to our needs.
Nothing, all excellent.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the historic parts of the city. Everything we wanted to see in this city was easily accessible. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and we even learned how to make waffles from one of the staff members at the buffet.
