We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and offered a decent view. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, especially with our small children. The hotel facilities, including the bar and pool, were beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a nice variety of options. Additionally, the location of this hotel was perfect for us, as it was easy to access the highway and explore this city.

The hotel was excellent in terms of cleanliness and facilities. Everything was luxurious and clean, from the moment I drove into the valet. The room was wonderful, and the bath amenities provided were LeLabo, which was a huge plus. The staff at check-in/out and concierge provided great service, always being responsive whenever I needed something.
I loved the amazing view from the 23rd floor and the spaciousness of the room. It was clean and perfect for a family of three. The closet provided ample space, and having a Starbucks inside the hotel was a definite plus. The staff's attitude was the best part of my stay, especially the concierge Phillip, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location was great, with many food, shopping, and museum options within walking distance. It was also convenient for getting to the American Airlines Center and the concert venue. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was noticeable. The breakfast was enjoyable, and there were no issues with parking or transportation.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was unexpectedly large and elegant, with a very comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, with valet service that was always speedy. The location in the middle of downtown was perfect, and we enjoyed the clean and well-staffed pool area. In addition, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable.
