We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, with beautiful attention to detail. The bathroom had a big walk-in shower with perfect water pressure. We were provided with extra touches like champagne upon arrival and evening wine and snacks. The staff went above and beyond to provide a next level customer experience. They were extremely kind and helpful, happy to advise us on sightseeing opportunities and dining options. The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance to everything, including the battery area. We were also impressed with the breakfast options available.

The availability of facilities such as the around the clock coffee service and the evening wine and cheese reception added a luxurious touch to our stay. The hotel's location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore all the sites this city has to offer. The friendly and accommodating staff made our experience truly enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right across the street from Market Square and within walking distance to many historic sites and restaurants. The staff, including Kim, Jenny, Ely, and Kandace. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I loved waking up to the coffee cart waiting in the hall every morning. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a great variety of options. the hotel facilities were top-notch and exceeded my expectations.

We had the best experience at this hotel. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the amazing hotel facilities, everything exceeded our expectations. The parking service was convenient, and we were even provided with complimentary transportation options. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to nearby restaurants, markets, Rainbow Row, and the Charleston Battery. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
