The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was exceptional. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great selection of restaurants and a lovely beach and pool area. The staff, including Andres, Fernanda, and Uriel, went above and beyond to make our trip pleasant. They greeted us with smiling faces, provided assistance when needed, and ensured that every aspect of our stay was taken care of. The location of the hotel was perfect, right off of a bustling street and only a short walk to the beautiful beach.

The location of this hotel is perfect, just a couple of blocks away from a vibrant pedestrian walkway filled with shops and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were always friendly and helpful, greeting me every time they passed by. The food at the hotel's restaurants was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. The pool and cabana areas were great, with easy access to the beach. The hotel also provided a variety of activities to keep everyone entertained.

The staff at the hotel is amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic stay. They remembered all my preferences and made me feel truly valued as a guest. The food at the restaurants was delicious, and the service was impeccable. The hotel had a great selection of wines, and the sommelier was very knowledgeable. I never had to wait for a table and could easily make reservations at the specialty restaurants. The room I stayed in was spotless and well-appointed. The coffee shop and 24-hour lounge offered delicious drinks and snacks, and there were plenty of sun loungers and poolside beds available. The hotel's beautiful Spanish Mission style added to the overall charm.
