The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Mr Moh. He was patient and dedicated, even coming up with an alternative solution for our check-in when we had trouble with our credit card. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with everything a tourist would want to visit within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the rooftop bar on the 11th floor offered breathtaking views and delicious cocktails. I have only good impressions and memories of this place.
