We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was beyond fabulous. The rooms were clean and the lobby spotless. The location was perfect, as it was near all the activities we wanted to do in the heart of downtown. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near billy bishop airport, making transportation a breeze. We also loved that the hotel had several amenities and beautiful rooms.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was not only clean but also spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen that had all the necessary utensils. The location was superb, within walking distance of the train stations, and had direct access to the metro line and street cars. This made it incredibly easy to explore this city's main sights. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to downtown TO was convenient, with St. Lawrence Market and Eaton's just a short walk away.

The hotel's lounge and bar were amazing, with great music, food, and service. I also loved that the hotel was centrally located, within walking distance to attractions and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on top of a metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city. We could easily walk to various restaurants, cafes, and the beautiful shore of Lake Ontario. The hotel itself is stunning, with interesting features like the former bank safe room and grand public rooms. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, enhancing our trip in every way.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, meeting all of my needs effortlessly. The location in the perfect area made it easy to explore the city either by foot or using the convenient transit systems. The view from my room was breathtaking, allowing for great sightseeing. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
