The location is perfect, right in the heart of the historic setting, with attractions within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the lobby was stunning with its gorgeous chandelier. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of places to relax and enjoy a coffee or cocktail. The transportation services offered by the hotel were convenient and the drivers were friendly and safe.

Housekeeping was discreet but timely and thorough. Room service was quick, with really good food.- The bed was perfect, and we even had turn down service at night.
