We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with many attractions within a 30-minute drive, even in heavy traffic. The hotel had expansive and family-friendly amenities and layout. The outdoor pool and water slide were a hit with our children, and they loved seeing the ducks and swans in the pond. The hotel even had a new dog park, making it even more pet-friendly. The restaurant offered great value, and the staff always made us feel at home.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel completely taken care of. They were so hospitable and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel managed to strike the perfect balance between old-world charm and modern amenities. The pool was a great size, and the enclosed water slide was a fun bonus. The beautiful grounds and scenic view from my room added to the overall experience. And I must mention the beds - they were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud.

The staff at the hotel was incredible, always happy and kind. Jessica, in particular, made my stay extra welcoming with her friendly small talk. The room was clean and beautiful, perfect for a honeymoon. It was also decorated with a historical theme, making it a great place to inspire kids to learn about our nation's history.
Not one thing.
We loved the charming and cozy feel of the room, which reminded us of our own bedroom at home. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with two pools available, both indoor and outdoor. The fitness center exceeded our expectations and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. The location was perfect for us, as it was within 20 minutes of the beach, botanical gardens, and zoo. The central location made it easy for us to explore Norfolk and other areas.

The hotel had beautiful grounds and a well-maintained pond with a relaxing fountain. The gym facility was amazing, with spinning bikes, free weights, and other machines. It was also very clean. The outdoor pool was nice and offered a great place to relax. Being able to bring our pet was a bonus. The on-site restaurants had delicious menus, and the hotel was conveniently close to the beach.
