The staff at the hotel were amazing, from the concierge to the barman, they really made our stay enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The amenities were top-notch, offering a little bit of everything. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The staff, especially Natia, went above and beyond to make me feel special and took care of all my needs. Ehab recommended a fantastic Saturday brunch that I thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast, although not amazing, was decent and the coffee was delicious. the hotel staff was friendly and always willing to help.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of facilities available. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many NY sites and close to subway stations. The staff, especially Billy, Donald, Derek or Patrick up front, were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel also offers parking and easy transportation options, including a direct subway line from the airport.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff greeted us with huge smiles and made us feel special throughout our stay. The property had a sophisticated and hip vibe, and the rooms were stylish and comfortable. The hotel had great facilities, including a lounge area with a bar and coffee shop, as well as a free pool table. The location was convenient, with easy access to the subway for travel to and from the airport, as well as walking distance to SoHo for eating, drinking, and shopping. We felt safe and the hotel maintained cleanliness.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, with a comfy bed and it was impeccably clean. The hotel facilities were great, with a cool live band at the bar and a fantastic little cinema and Jazz club in the basement. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and within walking distance of several interesting areas. There were plenty of quality restaurants in the locality, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel design was attractive, with a stunning atrium and galleries overlooking it. I also loved the great views from my room's large window.
There was nothing I didn't like.
