I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Anna at the morning desk, was courteous and kind. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as a good shower, refrigerator, iron & ironing board, and a flat-screen TV. I also liked the sliding glass door in each unit, which made it convenient to access the room and bring luggage in from the car. The location of the hotel on a hill provided a beautiful view of the mountains.

We loved the convenience of the location right off the highway. It was easy to find and made our travel so much easier. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the ample parking available for our vehicles. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making our check-in process a breeze.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of pillows on the bed. The hotel facilities were great, with a locked door separating our two rooms, allowing us to spend time together with our children. We also loved the convenience of parking right in front of our room, with sliding glass doors for easy access. The location was perfect for us, with two restaurants nearby and just a short distance from the Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner Theatre. Lastly, the staff at the front desk were very nice and made us feel welcome.

I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and personable, providing excellent hospitality. The parking lot was well-lit and made me feel safe, especially when returning late at night from the NASCAR race at Bristol. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom and shower worked perfectly. I also appreciated the quiet nights, as I never heard any noise from my neighbors. Additionally, the hotel's location right off the interstate was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the charming downtown area of this city.

We had a smooth check-in and the room was clean and well-equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The plumbing worked perfectly and we had hot water for our morning shower. The hotel is conveniently located beside a Cracker Barrel restaurant, making it easy for us to grab food and breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Anna at the morning desk was especially courteous and kind. The hotel is also in a great location within the city, near a gas station and various restaurants.
