The location was ideal for visiting the Universal parks;
we could easily walk or take the free water taxi. The rooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The hotel facilities, including the pool and the on-site restaurants, were fantastic. The staff was friendly, helpful, and added to the lively atmosphere. Having free express passes and early entry to the Harry Potter world was a huge bonus, as it saved us a lot of time and allowed us to make the most of our visit. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
The hotel's location was perfect for easy access to the parks we made FastPass+ reservations for two months before.
The transportation options, including boat, train, and walking, were convenient. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

They even let us check-in early upon our arrival, which was a great convenience. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the park, allowing us easy access to the rides early in the morning. The pool area was excellent, and we enjoyed some delicious cocktails while relaxing by the pool. The fact that the room price included fast passes for the park was a huge advantage and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location for Universal Studios was brilliant - I could easily walk back and forth to the park, which made the cost of the room even for an overnight stay worthwhile. Plus, having the early entry and express passes included was essential to getting on the best rides. The staff was also amazing, providing excellent service and making my stay even more enjoyable.
