We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient to Blue Ridge and some nearby trails. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we appreciated the effort put in by the housekeeping department. The breakfast provided was a plus with its wide selection of options. Additionally, the hotel facilities and parking were excellent. We were also pleasantly surprised by the competitive pricing of the hotel compared to what we would have paid if we just booked that day on one of those travel sites.
Nothing to dislike.
The hotel had a great breakfast with a clean and neatly kept breakfast bar area. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location was perfect for my plans, with beautiful views of the mountains in the Appalachian range.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to downtown and within walking distance of Blue Ridge and some beautiful trails. The hotel facilities were great, and parking was easy to find. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful experience.

The hotel was clean and in a good area. We found it convenient as it was easy to access and near the downtown area and shopping venues. Parking was also convenient, located close to the rooms and elevators. The staff was attentive, helpful, and polite throughout our 4-night stay. Plus, the hotel compared favorably to more expensive options. Special mention goes to the lady working in the kitchen and housekeeping, they were both excellent. We also appreciated the room size, even though we didn't get a wheelchair room, it still met our needs.
