We loved the hotel's convenient location near major attractions like Seaworld and its easy accessibility off the freeway. The staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating, promptly attending to our requests and ensuring we received extra towels when needed. The breakfast at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise, especially during the water main break when the staff managed the situation efficiently and served us a delicious meal. Additionally, despite some issues, the hotel facilities were clean.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel. It would benefit from a much-needed renovation to address outdated facilities and improve the overall experience.
The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant check-in experience. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable for relaxation. The inclusion of a fridge in the room was convenient. The white bedding provided a clean and crisp feel to the room. The courtyards were pleasant to spend time in.
