I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, as it was very close to the marina and right next to the harbor where the whale watching boats are based. It was also within walking distance of the city centre, making it easy to explore this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable seating areas like the library and lounge, perfect for relaxing after a day of excursions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were incredibly gracious and hospitable. They even allowed me to change my room to one with an ocean view. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided helpful advice on the best options to see the northern lights.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and offered a fantastic view of the harbor. The staff was really polite and super helpful. The hotel's location was excellent, as it was in the center of town and right by the regenerated harbor area. We were within easy walking distance of all the shops and galleries in this city, as well as surrounded by many good restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with plenty of options even for those with dietary restrictions like celiac. The staff was also excellent, knowledgeable about allergens and cross-contamination.
