The hotel's location is fantastic, with many tourist attractions within walking distance. We were able to easily explore Bourbon Street, Harrah's, and the waterfront. Being right in the center of all the action allowed us to make the most out of our stay in this city. Additionally, the hotel offered great security measures, especially during busy events, ensuring our safety. On top of that, our high-floor room provided us with a stunning view, adding to the overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The lobby made a great first impression, with its beautiful and updated decor. The room and hallway were also tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The view overlooking the city was exceptional, and the location was perfect, in walking distance of many tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome during my stay. I especially loved the desk in the room, which was perfect for getting work done. The complimentary water and coffee were a nice touch as well.

The service at this hotel was exceptional, from the Front Desk Clerk Daria to the Front Desk Manager Jena. They were both friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a clean and comfortable environment for guests. The location was fantastic, centrally located in a great area, close to vacation attractions such as Harrah's, the French Quarter, and Cafe du Monde. The staff was courteous and always went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. the ambiance of this hotel was wonderful, providing a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.
